That's right. Shining Shakarr commands the Fomors in Fobellow Prairie. He's not only strong, but clever and cruel. We should notify Keaghan of this matter... We're in much worse situation than I thought. Shakarr has been dispatching and commanding Fomors directly. The Royal Army had no idea he was so involved. We must take the lead from this point on.
