There are some troubling facts that came up
during the stolen Holy Artifact incident.

One problem is that the kobolds seem to be
operating in organized groups.

We've already defeated the kobold chieftains ourselves.
So who is commanding them?

The Royal Army does not seem interested in
questions like this.

They only needed the Holy Artifact back.
People like us who do the real fighting need answers.

I think we may be able to find a document that
sheds some light, like with the Fomorian Order incident.

If they really are organizing, there will be written orders.

Sounds arrogant, as well.
But that means they may put up a tough fight.
