Delia is a young female knight mercenary and the 11th character of Vindictus
Role
- Delia is a high risk, high reward physical melee character. She dances around the battlefield with grace and elegance while delivering slow, but devastating blows to crush all enemies.
- Delia's main kit revolves around her two Special Smashes: Rising Comet and Falling Comet, which can be enhanced from various status effects gained by hitting enemies with her other smashes. However, her weakness quickly shows as the player proceeds to higher levels : her special smash is too slow, and is quite difficult to handle, especially her strongest special smash Falling Comet. Many of her smashes have armor, which puts her at risk of taking massive damage from multi-hit attacks. This is where her SP skills come to play. Most of her active attack SP skills have no cooldown and low SP cost. Active: Ion Thrust is the most important SP attack for Delia, as it allows her to cancel her Special Smash immediately, help her get out of harm's way, and continue to attack immediately. Active: Full Moon is her counter attack move, it deals moderate damage in a wide radius and recovers her stamina. Active: Wild Star deals more damage than a fully charged Wild Star, while also removing the HP loss from the normal version. Active: Cosmic Blitz can be linked with Falling Comet, making it the faster and safest way to get this attack out. Active: Zenith acts as a mini-transformation for Delia, and like Transformations, it breaks all of her armor and puts her at risk, staying true to her theme. Delia's Supernova is unique in that it costs 0 SP, but requires the Boss to be exhausted or knocked down to work, this skill proves invaluable, especially in Royal Army Raids (24-man Raids.) In parties, Delia can perform a more powerful version of her Supernova in conjunction with certain character's attacks (like Karok's Clash ).
In conclusion, Delia is a difficult character to play, and is not recommended for new or inexperienced players. She requires some investment in gear to get decent speed and defense to be more efficient in battle.
- Delia has a lot in common with Fiona's former Hammer style : a block, a powerful charge attack, and slow but powerful smashes. Delia can also be seen as a different approach to Hurk's Greatsword style without the Impenetrable and Deflect attack patterns.

Relationships
Karok
Leaving behind the life at the palace of her kingdom, Delia arrived at the Giant's village in Kaiman Forest, where she learned the Giant's way of fighting. She met Karok in Colhen's Mercenary Office shortly after.
Karok recognizes Delia as his "friend" and considers her to be cute. Delia also recognizes him as an excellent warrior and they became close.
Except for the moments when she's called "friend".
Kael
Kael's and Delia's kingdoms are geographically contiguous neighbors. Kael, who was renowned in his own kingdom at that time as the knight, was once mentioined as the sole candidate for the hand of Queen Delia.
After various twists and turns, the two met in Colhen as mercenaries, not being held back by their statuses of a royalty and a noble. Surprised by each other's bold moves, Kael and Delia became friends rather quickly, sharing their own beliefs with one another.
